How do you reprogram a Ducati Gate opener and controller?

I have a Ducati dual gate opener and purchased two new controllers. But the directions were not in the package.

1. Put all of it back in the box and return it it is junk! When buying a gate operator you need to stick with major brands. Like Elite, DoorKing, FAAC, OSCO, Viking Etc. Your Ducati has a very limited life. Sorry for being negitave, but it is the truth.
