What would be a healthy RPM range for a Ducati Monster 696?

A range the engine would like being at when cruising, not too high, not too low? Well, I would "read the fucking owner's manual" if I already had the bike, and I can't seem to find a pdf for it. Sarcasm is not appreciated.

1. RTFOM..... If you don't even have the freakin bike then its a moot point isn't it??? DUH!!! Get the bike first, genius.
2. When cruising at 60 mph, I'm guessing it will be turning around 4500 rpm, maybe a bit more or less.
