Who Is 2006 British Superbikes Knockhill Number 36?

I found a signed poster in my work (Auto Trader) and it is for Scottish Biker magazine and has a picture of a biker Number 36 on a Ducati. It is from 2006 season, Round 8 at Knockhill and would like to know who the biker is if anyone knows?

Gregorio Lavilla May well have run his number 36 instead of the Number 1 plate 2005 listings give Lavilla as 36 alongside James Hayden` But Hayden did not ride the Ducati due to injury.
