How do I get rid of a ducati monster air box?

I've heard of people doing, what would I put in place of it?....please give my a web site too if I need any parts, thanks!..

1. you don't get rid of the airbox you modify it you have to keep the structure otherwise the fuel air mix is just so off. t mods include more holes in the top of the airbox, removing some of the internal baffles and raising the lid of the air box.
2. The monster to my understanding is a well enginered piece of machinery - so why bother? Ahh well it's your bike go and screw it up if you feel the need.
3. keep the airbox,get rid of the bike,and buy a harley
