Why does my Ducati 1098 stall when i put it into gear? I went on deployment and returned to a dead battery. I recharged the battery and the bike rus beautiful but when i put it in gear it stalls automatically. Why? My ducati will start in neutral but shuts down when I shift into gears. The kick stand is up and it will ride but will stall on me going down the highway off and on. Eventually I have to stop put it back in neutral and hope that itll let me get back into first and continue on. Any thoughts?

What is the meaning when you see white smoke coming our of the left side exhaust pipe of Ducati 748? ? When the motorcycle’s engine is running at ideal speed, it look like that the smoke is coming out only small amount. But once I shutdown the engine, it looks like the smoke had increase. I traced the left exhaust manifold back to the cylinder block and it goes back to the aft cylinder block. Would the trace of smoke have to do anything with, new set of spark pugs, fresh oil change and coolant flush?

Is a Honda CBR600RR or a Ducati Monster a good bike to learn on? I know some people are gonna call me stupid for this especially considering they are two completely different types of bikes, but I am pretty big and a very fast learner so I think I can handle them and get used to them very quickly. Anyone have feedback on an exhaust for a Ducati Monster? I have narrowed my choices to Akrapovic or Leo Vince. Both slip-on for now. I know Leo is a very common system for Monsters but Akrapovic seems to make a very nice system as well. The Akrapovic is a bit more but also includes Carbon heat shields which are a nice addition. I want something that will add a bit of horse-power, both will, and I want a deep throaty sound. Does anyone have any feedback on these systems? Thanks in advance.
