Are racing style motorbikes comfortable for everyday riding? I am about to buy a motorbike and I prefer the handling, style and power of a racing motorbike - ie, Honda CBR600 or Yamaha R6 or Suzuki GSXR. However I plan to mainly use my bike for everyday riding. Are these types of bikes uncomfortable to use for this purpose, and would I be better off getting a bike where I can sit more upright for everyday use?

How do you remove a alternator from a honda CBX 750 motorbike? Hi, I suspect alternator failure on my Honda CBX 750. Ive tried to remove it but no joy so far. I've read it's chain driven, does that mean the engine needs to be stripped to remove the alternator? The battery is not charging and there is no voltage on the primary alternator wires. Carberettor problems on honda c90 (motorbike) any help please? I have a Honda C90 C which i have just insured to go on the road, however i am having problems setting up the carberettor, I have gone through the normal process of setting one up which i have done for years on karts, ATV's etc but cannot seem to get it right. I picked it up and it started fine but over the past month it has gone down hill. The battery went dead and even when I push start it neither the headlamp nor tail lights will come on. Any suggestions would be appreciate. Oh yeah I got a new battery and the lights still won't come on although it starts fine but I don't just want to drain this battery too.

All parts of the transmission have been inspected and none are worn (the bike has only been running for a few thousand miles. So all I need is the thickness of this washer, especially that in my area you have to wait a week for new OEM parts. Could someone simply measure it and give me the figure, please?

First motorbike.. honda shadow? I'm nearly old enough to get my motorbike L's and im deciding what bike i should get.
